Please note: Our rattan sets are handcrafted, so slight variations are a natural part of the manufacturing process. As a result, the tabletop may not sit completely flush when placed, and a small gap may be visible. This is normal and does not affect the functionality or quality of the set.

Caring for Your Rattan
Rattan furniture is designed for outdoor durability, but it will naturally collect dirt and dust—especially after winter storage or when kept under covers.
To clean your rattan furniture:
- Use a jet wash to rinse off loose dirt and debris
- Gently clean with a sponge and warm soapy water
- Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry
For a deeper clean, you can also use a specialist rattan cleaning kit designed for outdoor furniture.
Does Rattan Expand and Contract?
Yes—this is completely normal.
Rattan naturally expands in warmer temperatures and contracts as it cools. This flexibility:
- Helps prevent the weave from becoming brittle
- Reduces the risk of cracking or snapping during colder months
This is a key feature of quality rattan furniture and helps maintain its structure over time.

Goods you have ordered will be delivered direct to the billing address. Standard delivery is usually within 7 - 10 working days, but you can change this to a pallet delivery, which could be delivered in as little as 2-3 working days. Standard Delivery
Please allow our courier partners 10 working days to deliver your item(s) to your delivery address. After your order has been dispatched, you will then receive further communication from Maze Living or our courier partners providing you with further details of your delivery. 'Standard delivery', on orders containing small accessories only, will be delivered by DX or a similar courier. Orders including large items will be delivered by a 2-man team who will carry your items to a place of your choice, outside, if accessible. They will remove the packaging and build your items, if you have purchased these extra services.
Pallet Delivery
If it is available and you change the delivery to a 'Pallet Delivery', your order can be delivered in as little as 2-3 working days (cut off for 2 days is 11am every weekday). Pallet deliveries differ in that your order will be left kerbside on pallets outside your address and does not include any optional extra services or pallet disposal. By selecting this option, you agree to this, and that a large lorry can access the road outside your property. You may need a minimum of 2 people to move large/heavy items.
However.... stock can run out fast at times so keep an eye out for the 'Going Fast' badge. This is genuine and means we really are running out of stock.
Platinum Assembly 2 people Delivery to garden Packaging Removal Furniture Assembly
Our 2 Man Team Platinum service can deliver directly to your garden, assembling your new garden furniture sets and even take away your packaging, save yourself a trip to the tip and let us do the hard work! You will also receive a call from your delivery driver 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you will know when to expect them.

With a solid protective top and woven rattan sides, it perfectly complements your furniture sets, while keeping your garden tidy.
In addition, we have now included a water resistant lining inside the box which will provide extra protection for your cushions. Please note the box is not fully waterproof. We do, however, advise that during prolonged periods of non-use or poor weather that the cushions are stored indoors.

The Maze cleaning kit is ideal for after those winter months when you are ready to use your furniture again and solves the problem of how to clean rattan garden furniture. The set includes two bottles of solution to prepare and clean your furniture ready for the summer ahead. The rattan protector is gentle on your furniture and keeps it protected whilst the rattan cleaner tackles everyday dirt and grime as well as being a brilliant spot stain remover which can be used on stains such as grass, mud and bird droppings on all types of real rattan and synthetic weave.

How to use your cleaning kit:
Please use the solutions on your set only when it is dry. The rattan cleaner is to be used with a sponge and will remove any dirt or grime with gentle scrubbing, once you have finished allow the rattan to dry. The cushion cleaner is to be sprayed on only when the cushion is dry and left to dry in a safe place out of the sun or rain.
