To clean your rattan furniture:
- Use a jet wash to rinse off loose dirt and debris
- Gently clean with a sponge and warm soapy water
- Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry
For a deeper clean, you can also use a specialist rattan cleaning kit designed for outdoor furniture.
Does Rattan Expand and Contract?
Yes—this is completely normal.
Rattan naturally expands in warmer temperatures and contracts as it cools. This flexibility:

Standard Delivery
Please allow our courier partners 10 working days to deliver your item(s) to your delivery address. After your order has been dispatched, you will then receive further communication from Maze Living or our courier partners providing you with further details of your delivery. 'Standard delivery', on orders containing small accessories only, will be delivered by DX or a similar courier. Orders including large items will be delivered by a 2-man team who will carry your items to a place of your choice, outside, if accessible.
Pallet Delivery
If it is available and you change the delivery to a 'Pallet Delivery', your order can be delivered in as little as 2-3 working days (cut off for 2 days is 11am every weekday). Pallet deliveries differ in that your order will be left kerbside on pallets outside your address and does not include any optional extra services or pallet disposal. By selecting this option, you agree to this, and that a large lorry can access the road outside your property. You may need a minimum of 2 people to move large/heavy items.
However.... stock can run out fast at times so keep an eye out for the 'Going Fast' badge. This is genuine and means we really are running out of stock.

The rattan cleaner is to be used with a sponge and will remove any dirt or grime with gentle scrubbing, once you have finished allow the rattan to dry. The cushion cleaner is to be sprayed on only when the cushion is dry and left to dry in a safe place out of the sun or rain.
Practicality meets style with the Large Storage Box. This top-loading storage box is perfect for keeping your cushions and other garden accessories free from dirt and dust when not in use. With a solid protective top and woven rattan sides, it perfectly complements your furniture sets, while keeping your garden tidy.
In addition, we have now included a water resistant lining inside the box which will provide extra protection for your cushions. Please note the box is not fully waterproof. We do, however, advise that during prolonged periods of non-use or poor weather that the cushions are stored indoors.
