Delivery Expectations
The geographical location and courier availability may impose restrictions on our delivery service, particularly in certain areas. We are unable to Deliver to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland however please don't hesitate to contact us as we may be able to pass on your interest to our Partners located in those areas. If you are interested in having our products delivered to these regions, please contact our delivery team before placing your order. We will provide a delivery quotation based on the products you require. Additionally, please be aware that delivery to these areas may take up to 3-4 weeks, exceeding our standard delivery timeframe of 7-10 working days. Please ensure we are delivering to a safe location and that the product you are buying can fit through your gate and into your garden, if your order will not fit and you would like it delivering to the garden you will need to purchase the Platinum Delivery Service. If you would like your order left in a safe place, please contact Maze directly before your delivery date. Do not contact the third-party courier, as all delivery instructions must be passed through Maze in advance to ensure they are correctly communicated.
Delivery Day
On the scheduled delivery day, you will receive notification of your estimated delivery window which will be between 7 am and 7 pm. Although couriers try their best to deliver during your scheduled window, due to various traffic incidents, they could be earlier or later than expected so we would always suggest that you make allowances for this or update your delivery instructions by contacting the courier and informing them of a safe place or alternative arrangement if you cannot attend.
If you agree a delivery window and are then not in attendance, without prior notice, a redelivery charge of £89 may apply.
If you have opted for any of the premium build and packaging removal services, our courier will need clear and safe access to you property.
If this is not possible and our trusted delivery partners are unable to access your property or garden, all deliveries will be made to the front of the property, referred to as a 'kerbside' delivery. In the event you are not available on the agreed delivery day, a repeat delivery charge may apply.
Our standard delivery service excludes the setup or assembly of items, as well as the removal of packaging materials. If such services are required, please opt for our Platinum Delivery option.
It's essential to acknowledge that if you have designated a 'safe place' for delivery, you assume responsibility for any loss or damage occurring after the delivery has taken place at that location.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
We offer a 2 Man Delivery to most locations across the UK mainland excluding certain parts of Scotland.
This option includes delivery directly to your garden. You’ll also receive a call from your delivery driver 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you’ll know when to expect them. If you live in a remote location, it is your responsibility to contact Maze Living and ensure that we can deliver to your specified address before you place an order.
Our standard delivery service is to the front of the property or garden. If you request that items are carried inside your property, this is done at your own risk, and we are unable to accept liability for any damage that may occur during this process.
Please Note: We are not liable for any consequential losses, including loss of earnings or costs incurred by customers in arranging alternative transport.
Pallet Delivery – Important Access Information
For larger items and where offered at checkout, Maze Living can provide kerbside pallet delivery via specialist pallet couriers for as a faster delivery option. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their property is suitable for this type of delivery before placing an order.
Please note:
- Pallet deliveries are made to the kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry goods beyond this point.
- Delivery vehicles are large lorries and require suitable road access. This includes roads that are wide enough, free from weight or height restrictions, and safe for large vehicles to enter and manoeuvre.
- Customers must ensure that access to their property is not restricted by narrow roads, tight turns, low bridges, parking restrictions, gated entrances, soft ground, gravel, steep slopes, or any other obstructions.
- If delivery access is not possible and the delivery fails as a result, additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.
- If any items are wider than 1.5 metres, you will be required to have suitable assistance available to manually offload the goods at the side of the lorry. The driver will not be able to unload these oversized items
If you are unsure whether your location is suitable for pallet delivery, we strongly recommend contacting us prior to ordering so we can help assess access requirements.
- Platinum Build services are not included with this service.
Platinum Furniture Assembly
Our 2 Man Team Platinum service can deliver directly to your garden, assembling your new garden furniture sets and even take away your packaging, save yourself a trip to the tip and let us do the hard work! You will also receive a call from your delivery driver 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you will know when to expect them.
Pergola Build Service

PLEASE NOTE -
Our delivery partners can assemble your pergola if you choose our pergola build/installation service. They are also able to fix the pergola to the floor or ground.
You will be offered a bolt-down service by the delivery crew; however, you will be required to sign a damage waiver beforehand. Unfortunately, without this signed waiver, the crew will be unable to carry out the bolt-down service.
