How to clean your rattan
The rattan furniture frames will get dirty and dusty after the winter months underneath the cover or being kept in storage. You can easily clean your rattan furniture when you take it out of storage by simply using a hose pipe and sponge to wash the dirt and dust away.
We supply cleaning kits which we have made to suit cleaning your rattan set.
Does our rattan contract and expand?
Yes, all our rattan will contract and expand based on the weather conditions. In warm weather, our rattan will expand and then contract back to its original state once temperatures become cooler. This is a completely normal trait for rattan garden furniture and in result will stop the weave from snapping and becoming brittle in the winter months.
Please avoid leaving reflective objects on your table in direct sunlight (glasses, bottles, ornaments) as this may lead to your rattan damaging in the sun.
Cushion Care:
How do I wash my outdoor cushions?
To clean our cushions, we recommend a simple hand wash with warm soapy water and a clean cloth. Our cushions are not machine washable and cannot be tumble dried.
Care for your Tempered Glass
How can I clean my tempered glass?
Leaving any type of glass outside, you will find it gets dirty and dusty and a mildew can build up from the weather elements changing. You can easily clean the glass with a warm soapy cloth, then use another separate cloth which is damp to polish the finish and allow to dry. Goods you have ordered will be delivered direct to the billing address. Standard delivery is usually within 7 - 10 working days, but you can change this to a pallet delivery, which could be delivered in as little as 2-3 working days. Standard Delivery
Please allow our courier partners 10 working days to deliver your item(s) to your delivery address. After your order has been dispatched, you will then receive further communication from Maze Living or our courier partners providing you with further details of your delivery. 'Standard delivery', on orders containing small accessories only, will be delivered by DX or a similar courier. Orders including large items will be delivered by a 2-man team who will carry your items to a place of your choice, outside, if accessible. They will remove the packaging and build your items, if you have purchased these extra services.
Pallet Delivery
If it is available and you change the delivery to a 'Pallet Delivery', your order can be delivered in as little as 2-3 working days (cut off for 2 days is 11am every weekday). Pallet deliveries differ in that your order will be left kerbside on pallets outside your address and does not include any optional extra services or pallet disposal. By selecting this option, you agree to this, and that a large lorry can access the road outside your property. You may need a minimum of 2 people to move large/heavy items.
However.... stock can run out fast at times so keep an eye out for the 'Going Fast' badge. This is genuine and means we really are running out of stock.

Our 2 Man Team Platinum service can deliver directly to your garden, assembling your new garden furniture sets and even take away your packaging, save yourself a trip to the tip and let us do the hard work! The Maze cleaning kit is ideal for after those winter months when you are ready to use your furniture again and solves the problem of how to clean rattan garden furniture. How to use your cleaning kit:
Please use the solutions on your set only when it is dry. The rattan cleaner is to be used with a sponge and will remove any dirt or grime with gentle scrubbing, once you have finished allow the rattan to dry. The cushion cleaner is to be sprayed on only when the cushion is dry and left to dry in a safe place out of the sun or rain.
Practicality meets style with the Large Storage Box. This top loading storage box is perfect for keeping your cushions and other garden accessories free from dirt and dust when not in use. With a solid protective top and woven rattan sides, it perfectly complements your furniture sets, while keeping your garden tidy. In addition, we have now included a black PVC lining inside the box which will provide extra protection for your cushions.
We do, however, advise that during prolonged periods of non-use or poor weather that the cushions are stored indoors. For extra protection we do recommend using a storage box cover to protect contents.
