Caring For Your Aluminium Frames
Outdoor aluminium furniture is designed to be durable and weather-resistant, but regular cleaning will keep it looking its best.

Standard Delivery
Please allow our courier partners 10 working days to deliver your item(s) to your delivery address. After your order has been dispatched, you will then receive further communication from Maze Living or our courier partners providing you with further details of your delivery. 'Standard delivery', on orders containing small accessories only, will be delivered by DX or a similar courier. Orders including large items will be delivered by a 2-man team who will carry your items to a place of your choice, outside, if accessible.
Pallet Delivery
If it is available and you change the delivery to a 'Pallet Delivery', your order can be delivered in as little as 2-3 working days (cut off for 2 days is 11am every weekday). Pallet deliveries differ in that your order will be left kerbside on pallets outside your address and does not include any optional extra services or pallet disposal. By selecting this option, you agree to this, and that a large lorry can access the road outside your property. You may need a minimum of 2 people to move large/heavy items.
However.... stock can run out fast at times so keep an eye out for the 'Going Fast' badge. This is genuine and means we really are running out of stock.

Our 2 Man Team Platinum service can deliver directly to your garden, assembling your new garden furniture sets and even take away your packaging, save yourself a trip to the tip and let us do the hard work! Hi Ben, I can confirm that the height of the cushion is 13cm and these can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a clean cloth.

These cushions are showerproof, if the weather is dry they are fine being left outside however for ultimate assurance and protection I would also recommend storing the cushions to protect them from all outdoor elements.

Please note: all your cushions should not be stored underneath any of our covers for a long period of time, we recommend they are stored in a dry location.
Cleaning your garden furniture cover:
We recommend cleaning our outdoor covers with your garden hose and a bowl of warm soapy water. Firstly, wipe your cover over with the sponge and warm soapy water to remove any dirt and grim, then use a garden hose to hose down the soapy water and leave it outside to dry.
