Standard delivery is usually within 7 - 10 working days, but you can change this to a pallet delivery, which could be delivered in as little as 2-3 working days. Orders including large items will be delivered by a 2-man team who will carry your items to a place of your choice, outside, if accessible. They will remove the packaging and build your items, if you have purchased these extra services.
Pallet Delivery
If it is available and you change the delivery to a 'Pallet Delivery', your order can be delivered in as little as 2-3 working days (cut off for 2 days is 11am every weekday). Pallet deliveries differ in that your order will be left kerbside on pallets outside your address and does not include any optional extra services or pallet disposal. By selecting this option, you agree to this, and that a large lorry can access the road outside your property. You may need a minimum of 2 people to move large/heavy items.

Pre-order products are either brand new for the coming season, or items that we have run out of, but more are due to arrive at our warehouses. The pre-order dates show the next available delivery date for individual items whilst they are still in transit to us. Many of our products are hand crafted in different parts of the world and shipped to us by sea, so we calculate the pre-order dates using many complex factors to make sure we state accurate dates!
Stock is allocated to orders as they come in so the advertised dates might change over time. If you’ve found the set you love, we’d encourage you to place an order at the time, so that you don't miss out; we can assure you it'll be worth the wait!

The Maze Teak Extending Dining Table features an innovative staggered expansion design, allowing it to adapt to gatherings of various sizes. With the ability to extend to two different lengths, it can seat up to 8 guests at the first extended length, and up to 10 guests when fully extended. Paired with 10 Outdoor Fabric Ibiza Latte Dining Chairs, this mixed materials garden furniture dining set offers both style and functionality.
The table is topped with a premium teak surface, adding warmth and a natural aesthetic to its dark grey framework. The rich teak tones harmonise beautifully with the lighter tones of the dining set, creating a cohesive and elegant outdoor dining experience. The tabletop consists of three components to accommodate its different extension levels, with each section neatly stored in concealed shelving beneath the tabletop when not in use.

These natural occurrences do not affect the structural integrity or durability of the furniture.
Regular Cleaning:
Keep your wooden furniture clean by wiping it regularly with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For deeper cleaning or added protection, you may use a suitable wood-care product designed for outdoor wooden furniture.
Seasonal Maintenance:
To maintain the appearance and longevity of your furniture, treat the wood twice a year using proper wood oils suitable for outdoor wooden furniture. In some cases, you may need to lightly sand the surface before applying the oil to ensure even absorption and the best finish.
Avoid Using Covers:
We do not recommend using covers on our wooden furniture. Covers can trap moisture, leading to mould, warping, and other damage. Using covers will void the warranty, and any damage caused as a result will not be covered. Regular cleaning and proper seasonal maintenance, as outlined above, are the best ways to preserve your furniture.

Untreated or naturally finished wood may experience colour changes over time due to exposure to sunlight and varying weather conditions. This natural ageing process adds character and uniqueness to the furniture. With the correct care, including appropriate seasonal oiling, these changes can be minimised.

Cushion Care: How do I wash my outdoor cushions?
To clean our cushions, we recommend a simple hand wash with warm soapy water and a clean cloth. Our cushions are not machine washable and cannot be tumble dried. We do recommend that these cushions are brought inside and/or stored when not being used.
Care For Your Ceramic Tempered Glass (If applicable)
How can I clean my tempered glass?
Leaving any type of glass outside, you will find it gets dirty and dusty and a mildew can build up from the weather elements changing. You can easily clean the glass with a warm soapy cloth, then use another separate cloth which is damp to polish the finish and allow to dry.
