Caring For Your Aluminium Frames
Outdoor aluminium furniture is designed to be durable and weather-resistant, but regular cleaning will keep it looking its best.
During colder months or periods of storage, frames may collect dust, dirt, or grime. To clean:
- Use warm soapy water and a soft sponge or cloth
- Gently wipe down all surfaces to remove dirt
- Rinse with clean water if needed
- Allow frames to air dry (typically within an hour)
Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these may damage the finish.
Routine Maintenance
To maintain your furniture in top condition:
- Clean frames every few weeks during frequent use
- Check for any loose fittings or screws and tighten if necessary
- Remove debris such as leaves or standing water regularly
Cushion Care
- Store cushions in a dry, ventilated area when not in use
- Light stains can usually be removed with mild soap and water
Weather Protection
Aluminium is rust-resistant, but protecting your furniture will extend its lifespan:
- Use a protective cover during harsh weather or long periods of non-use
- Ensure furniture is completely dry before covering
Preventing Damage
- Avoid dragging furniture across rough surfaces
- Use coasters or mats to prevent marks from hot items or spills
Standard Delivery
Please allow our courier partners 10 working days to deliver your item(s) to your delivery address. After your order has been dispatched, you will then receive further communication from Maze Living or our courier partners providing you with further details of your delivery. 'Standard delivery', on orders containing small accessories only, will be delivered by DX or a similar courier. Orders including large items will be delivered by a 2-man team who will carry your items to a place of your choice, outside, if accessible.
Pallet Delivery
If it is available and you change the delivery to a 'Pallet Delivery', your order can be delivered in as little as 2-3 working days (cut off for 2 days is 11am every weekday). Pallet deliveries differ in that your order will be left kerbside on pallets outside your address and does not include any optional extra services or pallet disposal. By selecting this option, you agree to this, and that a large lorry can access the road outside your property. You may need a minimum of 2 people to move large/heavy items.
However.... stock can run out fast at times so keep an eye out for the 'Going Fast' badge. This is genuine and means we really are running out of stock.
Platinum Assembly 2 people Delivery to garden Packaging Removal Furniture Assembly
Our 2 Man Team Platinum service can deliver directly to your garden, assembling your new garden furniture sets and even take away your packaging, save yourself a trip to the tip and let us do the hard work! You will also receive a call from your delivery driver 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you will know when to expect them.
