Goods you have ordered will be delivered direct to the billing address. Standard delivery is usually within 7 - 10 working days, but you can change this to a pallet delivery, which could be delivered in as little as 2-3 working days. Should you have any questions about an order you have placed with us, we welcome you to contact us by telephone on 01440 710673.
Standard Delivery
Please allow our courier partners 10 working days to deliver your item(s) to your delivery address. After your order has been dispatched, you will then receive further communication from Maze Living or our courier partners providing you with further details of your delivery. 'Standard delivery', on orders containing small accessories only, will be delivered by DX or a similar courier. Orders including large items will be delivered by a 2-man team who will carry your items to a place of your choice, outside, if accessible. They will remove the packaging and build your items, if you have purchased these extra services.
Pallet Delivery
If it is available and you change the delivery to a 'Pallet Delivery', your order can be delivered in as little as 2-3 working days (cut off for 2 days is 11am every weekday). Pallet deliveries differ in that your order will be left kerbside on pallets outside your address and does not include any optional extra services or pallet disposal. By selecting this option, you agree to this, and that a large lorry can access the road outside your property. You may need a minimum of 2 people to move large/heavy items.
However.... stock can run out fast at times so keep an eye out for the 'Going Fast' badge. This is genuine and means we really are running out of stock.
Eden Pergola Build & Bolt Down Service -
1 x build for Eden 3m x 4m or 4m x 4m Pergola - including a Bolt Down service
All pergolas should be bolted down to the ground so as not to lift, buckle in strong winds, or cause harm to buildings or people!
We advise a firm ground fixing is used for this pergola, ideally bolted to a concrete base. Please note paving slabs are not ideally suitable for fixing, if they are not laid on a solid concrete base as they too can then lift in windy weather. The delivery destination must be level and safe for the crew to navigate around (we will not assemble around hot tubs or large non moving equipment that could cause health and safety issues).
A bolt down damage waiver must be signed before installation. This is against damage to your flooring or to the pergola if it is damaged by not bolting it to the floor as recommended. You will be responsible for securing the pergola to the floor/ground if you sign to say that you do not want us to do it.

Could you please tell me how resistant this item is in strong winds? I am concerned with it only having two posts and not four.

As this attaches to an existing pergola, which are all weather resistant, the same can be said for the extension. However, this cannot be used as a standalone product.

I would like to use this as a stand alone canopy for my bbq area - not attaching it to another pergola. Will it support itself if the groundwork is correct? Thank you M

Could this be used as a stand alone unit - providing it was secured well enough to the ground ? Obviously it’s ment to join another pergola but I require one just for a bbq area and this two leg version would be perfect - Have asked this question before but had no answer that I am aware of. Because it is an extension to an existing pergola, it is unable to operate as a standalone product. If you were to purchase as a standalone product, there would be no warranty/guarantee.

This cannot be used as a standalone product and therefore you would be unable to bolt it to your house. The roof itself is manual.
