How do I clean my Rope Weave?
Simply use a sponge and soapy warm water to remove any dust and dirt.
Cushion Care: How do I wash my outdoor cushions?
To clean our cushions, we recommend a simple hand wash with warm soapy water and a clean cloth. Our cushions are not machine washable and cannot be tumble dried. We do recommend that these cushions are brought inside and/or stored when not being used.
Care For Your Ceramic Tempered Glass (If applicable)
How can I clean my tempered glass?
Leaving any type of glass outside, you will find it gets dirty and dusty and a mildew can build up from the weather elements changing. You can easily clean the glass with a warm soapy cloth, then use another separate cloth which is damp to polish the finish and allow to dry.

Goods you have ordered will be delivered direct to the billing address. Standard delivery is usually within 7 - 10 working days, but you can change this to a pallet delivery, which could be delivered in as little as 2-3 working days. Should you have any questions about an order you have placed with us, we welcome you to contact us by telephone on 01440 710673.
Standard Delivery
Please allow our courier partners 10 working days to deliver your item(s) to your delivery address. After your order has been dispatched, you will then receive further communication from Maze Living or our courier partners providing you with further details of your delivery. 'Standard delivery', on orders containing small accessories only, will be delivered by DX or a similar courier. Orders including large items will be delivered by a 2-man team who will carry your items to a place of your choice, outside, if accessible. They will remove the packaging and build your items, if you have purchased these extra services.
Pallet Delivery
If it is available and you change the delivery to a 'Pallet Delivery', your order can be delivered in as little as 2-3 working days (cut off for 2 days is 11am every weekday). Pallet deliveries differ in that your order will be left kerbside on pallets outside your address and does not include any optional extra services or pallet disposal. By selecting this option, you agree to this, and that a large lorry can access the road outside your property. You may need a minimum of 2 people to move large/heavy items.
However.... stock can run out fast at times so keep an eye out for the 'Going Fast' badge. This is genuine and means we really are running out of stock.
Platinum Assembly 2 people Delivery to garden Packaging Removal Furniture Assembly
Our 2 Man Team Platinum service can deliver directly to your garden, assembling your new garden furniture sets and even take away your packaging, save yourself a trip to the tip and let us do the hard work! You will also receive a call from your delivery driver 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you will know when to expect them.

Can you leave this table outside all year round? Should it be covered when not in use?

The weave rope itself is All Weather so it is fine to be left outside (UV resistant, Frost resistant, and waterproof), however the cushions should be stored inside or in a storage box (we have a few on the website).

Please note: all your cushions should not be stored underneath any of our covers for a long period of time, we recommend they are stored in a dry location.
Cleaning your garden furniture cover:
We recommend cleaning our outdoor covers with your garden hose and a bowl of warm soapy water. Firstly, wipe your cover over with the sponge and warm soapy water to remove any dirt and grim, then use a garden hose to hose down the soapy water and leave it outside to dry.
