Featuring a fully motorised louvred roof, the Eden Pergola allows you to effortlessly switch between a sheltered, enclosed space and an open-air environment at the touch of a button. The adjustable roof louvres provide complete control over sunlight, shade, and ventilation, while the UV50+ protection helps shield you and your family from harmful UV rays and prevents fading caused by prolonged sun exposure.
Integrated waterproof LED lighting is built discreetly into the pergola frame, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere long after the sun goes down. Controlled via the same remote as the roof system, the LEDs can be adjusted between warm white and cool white settings, allowing you to create the perfect ambience for entertaining, dining, or relaxing outdoors.
A sophisticated built-in drainage system ensures rainwater is channelled efficiently through the louvres, into concealed framework channels, and down through the hollow pergola legs before being discreetly released at ground level. Please Note: Pergolas must be installed on level ground to ensure the correct operation of louvre panels, bi-folding doors, and privacy screens. Paving slabs are not suitable for fixing, as they may lift in windy conditions. When fully open, the bi-folding doors overhang by 75cm.

Goods you have ordered will be delivered direct to the billing address. Standard delivery is usually within 7 - 10 working days, but you can change this to a pallet delivery, which could be delivered in as little as 2-3 working days. Standard Delivery
Please allow our courier partners 10 working days to deliver your item(s) to your delivery address. After your order has been dispatched, you will then receive further communication from Maze Living or our courier partners providing you with further details of your delivery. 'Standard delivery', on orders containing small accessories only, will be delivered by DX or a similar courier. Orders including large items will be delivered by a 2-man team who will carry your items to a place of your choice, outside, if accessible. They will remove the packaging and build your items, if you have purchased these extra services.
Pallet Delivery
If it is available and you change the delivery to a 'Pallet Delivery', your order can be delivered in as little as 2-3 working days (cut off for 2 days is 11am every weekday). Pallet deliveries differ in that your order will be left kerbside on pallets outside your address and does not include any optional extra services or pallet disposal. By selecting this option, you agree to this, and that a large lorry can access the road outside your property. You may need a minimum of 2 people to move large/heavy items.
However.... stock can run out fast at times so keep an eye out for the 'Going Fast' badge. This is genuine and means we really are running out of stock.
