How to care for your rug:
Only spot clean your rug. Avoid harsh chemicals, as they may fade your rug. Rinse thoroughly with a garden hose and allow the carpet to dry completely before vacuuming. Dry the rug in sunlight to prevent mould. Vacuum regularly and/or shake to remove dust. Remove moss regularly. Use rug protectors under heavy furniture. If needed, get your rug professionally cleaned. Try doing this at the end of every season at a minimum. If your rug is outside in rain or heavy dew, make sure to flip it so it can dry both front and back. When the outdoor entertaining season is through, make sure your rug is dry. Then roll it up and store in a covered area to avoid fading.

Goods you have ordered will be delivered direct to the billing address. Standard delivery is usually within 7 - 10 working days, but you can change this to a pallet delivery, which could be delivered in as little as 2-3 working days. Standard Delivery
Please allow our courier partners 10 working days to deliver your item(s) to your delivery address. After your order has been dispatched, you will then receive further communication from Maze Living or our courier partners providing you with further details of your delivery. 'Standard delivery', on orders containing small accessories only, will be delivered by DX or a similar courier. Orders including large items will be delivered by a 2-man team who will carry your items to a place of your choice, outside, if accessible. They will remove the packaging and build your items, if you have purchased these extra services.
Pallet Delivery
If it is available and you change the delivery to a 'Pallet Delivery', your order can be delivered in as little as 2-3 working days (cut off for 2 days is 11am every weekday). Pallet deliveries differ in that your order will be left kerbside on pallets outside your address and does not include any optional extra services or pallet disposal. By selecting this option, you agree to this, and that a large lorry can access the road outside your property. You may need a minimum of 2 people to move large/heavy items.
However.... stock can run out fast at times so keep an eye out for the 'Going Fast' badge. This is genuine and means we really are running out of stock.
