Q Can my delivery address be different to my billing address?

When placing an order via our website you will have the option to enter both your billing and shipping address, if paying via v12 Finance, you will need to ensure that the billing and shipping address are the same. If you need to change your delivery address for whatever reason, you will need to request this in writing to [email protected] you will also be required to provide proof of the new address such as a bank statement or utility bill that shows both the name of the person on the order and the new address for security purposes. You may also request a proforma invoice from us where you will be required to make payment for your order via BACS.
